In response to the recent corona virus epidemic, government and public health officials are urging citizens and businesses to practice responsible behaviors in an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Social distancing, or the practice of maintaining an adequate space between individuals and avoiding contact with others as much as possible, is currently the single most effective means of preventing the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19.  The CDC recommends maintaining a minimum of 6 feet (2 meters) between individuals at all times until the epidemic is contained or the threat has passed.

Easton Baking Company is committed to protecting the health of our customers and staff, and consequently will be implementing measures to limit the number of people in our small retail space.  In order to properly develop these measures, we will be CLOSED on Tuesday, March 17th.  We anticipate opening again on Wednesday, March 18th, with new processes for ordering by phone and curbside pickup.  Access to the retail store will be limited to no more than 2 customers at any time.

Please check back often as the situation is fluid and recommendations from the authorities may change.  We intend to be open for business to the extent that we responsibly can, but we must be prepared for the possibility of a total closure if this is required for the benefit of public health.
